NOVA 10 Week Challenge Programme

OYO Fitness Director Nick Bolton’s NOVA Gym 10 Week Challenge combines workouts you can do anywhere, with nutrition guidance to help you achieve any fitness and body weight goal. This program is based on the original OYO Personal Gym 10 Week Challenge, but uses exercises specifically designed for the NOVA Gym.
